Adrien Brody in Nepal: “It’s the world’s highest up Irish Bar! Beautiful Namche!”

1 December 2019: Oscar-winning Hollywood actor Adrien Brody is currently enjoying Nepal taking in the majestic beauty of the country’s awe-inspiring mountain ranges and sipping beer at “the world’s highest up Irish bar”.

The 46-year-old actor of The Pianist fame let his fans know about his latest whereabouts a week or so ago when he began posting photos and videos from Nepal.

His first social media picture of Nepal shows the reknowned American artist in front of a Manang Air helicopter captioned, “The adventure begins.”

It is obvious he is on a serious trekking expedition as is shown by his video at Namche Bazaar where he gets hold of a pint of Guinness.

“It’s the world’s highest up Irish bar. Beautiful Namche! Beautiful Namche!” the actor exclaims. In the background of the video are a bunch of excited Nepalese youths, most likely Sherpa mountaineering professionals, who are clearly having a great time – possibly unbeknown to the fact that they are actually in the company of one of worlds most-acclaimed movie actor.

The caption to the Instagram video of Namche pub reads, “Might not get lucky but you will find a nice pint of Guinness.”

The actor has also posted a video of jholunge pool, suspension bridge, that one comes across quite frequently while trekking in the Nepalese hinterland.

“Okay! Don’t look down! Yakes!” Mr Brody tells his fellow travellers in the video.

This is not the first time Mr Brody visited Nepal. He was in the South Asian nation back in 2015 to participate in charity activities.
